What you'll do here:

As a Marketing Organization Coach, you will work with different teams at various marketing and sales organizations. You will help them to organize their department and teams in a smarter, more agile way. With 1-on-1 coaching, workshops and training, you will improve internal processes and collaboration.

• You are enthusiastic, social and empathic, but fierce if necessary
• You clearly see where your knowledge is needed
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on mentality
• You have experience working in marketing and sales organizations
• You love to share your skills, experience and know-how in workshops and trainings
• You can improve the way teams collaborate and elevate their output
• You are not afraid of trying new, creative solutions
• You know what it means to change, and you know how to manage it
• You know everything there is to know about Agile Scrum and Kanban
• You have a good track record in coaching teams and organizations
• You have the ability to make teams work in specific sprints
• You can help teams translate business objectives into action
• You are able to turn Product Owners and Scrum Masters into true agile professionals
• You can design workshops, trainings and events and tailor the content to different layers in the organization
